FAQ: Ascendancy

What is an Ascendancy carry in Path of Exile 2?

It's the service in which the team helps you complete the ascension trial. Ascendancy is your class specialization: each completed trial grants Ascendancy points, up to the 4th ascension, and on the first one you choose which Ascendancy to follow.

What level do I need for the Ascendancy trials?

Each trial has its own area level and may require access items. Tell us your character level and completed ascensions: the team confirms whether you can do it now or should level first.

What's the difference between the Trial of the Sekhemas and the Trial of Chaos?

Both grant Ascendancy points, but they work differently. In the Trial of the Sekhemas, you go through a series of rooms and lose Honour whenever you take damage; run out of Honour and the attempt fails. In the Trial of Chaos, each room stacks modifiers you have to deal with. Some options on this page already name the Trial of the Sekhemas; for the rest, the team agrees with you which trial to use.

Do you do the third and fourth ascension?

Yes. Options cover the 1st to the 4th ascension, including the 3rd and 4th together. Availability is confirmed for your chosen league.

Who chooses the Ascendancy?

You do. On your 1st ascension, tell us which Ascendancy you want; the choice is yours, not the team's.

Do you play with me or handle it for me?

It depends on the service. Some are done with you playing together; others are handled by the team. The format of your order is confirmed with you before payment, along with scope and requirements.

How long does it take?

It depends on the service, your character's starting point and the option you choose, so RealmX doesn't publish fixed timeframes. The team tells you the timing of your order together with the quote, before payment.
